By default:

 

  • Custom Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables created for your internal business purposes.

  • Pre-existing or Proprietary Components: We retain ownership of any pre-existing code, templates, frameworks, or libraries integrated into your project. You are granted a limited license to use these components only as part of your solution.

  • Third-Party Software: Any third-party software (such as Claris FileMaker licenses or APIs) remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to their license terms.

 

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our deliverables without prior written consent.

 

 

3. Restrictions on Use

 

You may not:

 

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion of our website or deliverables for resale or commercial exploitation without authorization;

  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or disassemble proprietary components of our software;

  • Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or confidentiality notices;
